Product Returns or Refund

In order to accepts returns for exchange o refund of the product, the following requirements must be considered. 1.- It must be done within 30 days after the order is placed. 2.- The product must be returned in the original packaging, unopened bag and cannot be damaged or used in any way.

Refunds are Not available for de following items:
• Gifts or promotional items
• Key machines, programmers and Cloners
• Tools and accessories


Additionally, we invite you to review the following points in the case of ordering by telephone:
1.-Confirm that your articles and quantities of said items are those that you order when you receive the confirmation email of the order and before the order is sent.
2.-The confirmation of your order will be sent to you immediately after processing your payment.

Additionally shipping costs will Not be refunded for returns sent for the causes not limiting.

Everlockus.com invites its customers to notify any wrong receipt of the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. At Everlockus.com we have no problem in receiving the product we sent you wrongly we only ask that the packaging is not open or the machine has not been programmed.

Shipping cost will not be refunded for customer error returns or exchanges.

• Refunds will be granted in the form of a species, that is, another product of the store
• The original shipping costs are not refundable
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
